After an initial visual assessment, invasive investigating is undertaken. We will establish the extent of weathertightness failures and consequential damage, and the implications for building performance, and provide practical and cost-effective recommendations.

This offer of service is generally a requirement from the local Building Consent Authorities when remediating weathertightness failures.
